Cypress weapon + Mindlessly Magnum foxes.
I grinded the title when I was like 2xx so I could have a 20 dex title.

Have two friends drop you into provocation basic, turn on auto combat and spam the Magnum hotkey :D

Don't forget to fully pot poison yourself beforehand and bring pets upon pets filled with stamina potions.

Isn't Cypress for melee weapons only, and wouldn't the -stam be inconvenient for spamming magnum?

You can use NPC ESBs and use a skill spammer on the provocation basic barriers.

cypress switching for instant stam restoration. theres a guide on it somewhere in the guides section.
