Today I'm trying to download some CC for my Sims 2 games.
Usually, I can get from 400kb/s to about 750 kb/s.
Today, I am only getting at the MAX 5kb/s.
What the heck happened?
Also, 2 others are using my internet but they have no problem.
Even my flash games are slow!
Please help.

Speed and bandwidth are two different things o-o
I know people are, but nobody believes me.

Still, if someone else is using it your internet won't work to full capability.
And if the server that you're downloading from is like... **** or overused then it'll be slow.

bandwidth is speed. it's how much is allowed to pass per second on your line. Data transfer is the monthly limit.
So many things can cause this problem though. First try a restart, then test different downloads or a speed test.
