  Or you can dump a bunch of cash into the stat items until it doesn't accept them anymore, then just level up once. Don't know where Bankai is in the game, but if he can do the Elite 4 and Red easily, he can spam them for cash quickly, then just buy them all at any Department Store.

  Lol I got lvl 100 Arceus and Darkrai and Empoleon and a lvl 70 Ho-oh, spammin Elite four and Red (He's a pain in the ass to get to) is Child's Play. /is a show off ;)

  Then like I said, use your money that pretty much has no use anymore, and just spam those stat increasing items on your Eevee and level it up. Of course, make sure it's done sometime between the hours of 8pm and 4am.
