So i got It settled that enchants are good. They help a lot. But....I cant buy badass enchants.
What are good enchants for cheap? I was thinking A stiff or life tail cap. Was gonna maybe get some wolf hunter broads or glads. A stiff mace. And maybe try to chase after Imp for my melka light chain mail. I was proabably gonna slap fox or theif onto anything else like my boots and gloves. Any suggestions?

Fox would be a good start. Maybe a scrup since ur a ranger (im assuming this by ur goals).

Tragic and Imp are more for melee though. Thief is good since archers need more Crit.
I wouldn't recommend anything less than +5 since you can get that from just fishing. Fox is variable, and less than 5, so I don't really like it even as a noob enchant. This set lasts pretty far into endgame, at least until you're ready to get the serious enchants for your final set.

scrup isn't too hard to get, took me a week of just randomly checking around with no serious effort. If you actually dedicate yourself to getting the enchant it's not much more difficult than Pirate.

Yes but since my dex is failing me atm I waiting for a day just to spam metallurging. I usually use melee and will always rely on it for a back up. Always

Can't go wrong with the old-fashion Fox (or even Fox Hunter) in terms of easy to get enchant/least requirements. (Little drawback as well)
Stiff on anything is good since critical rate is a good thing.

Stiff/Raven or Wolf Hunter's/Raven/Fierce should do the trick for weapons. :) you'll need a rank A prefix first and maybe a back up weapon incase enchants fail. Rank A prefixs are: Healer, Thief, Tragic, Cruel, Fighter.

Quartz is so easy to obtain if you're running Karu dungeons.
It's +5 dmg compared to Corundum's +6, but it'll save you so much money.

Yellow Jade (+5 max dmg) from fishing boat is also an alternative.
For whatever bankai said on first post...
I agree that stiff tail cap, combined with either thief or giant will be good.
R9 Stiff on weapons can be challenging to enchant. You can find RB lizard from Rano exploration as an alternative.
Imp on heavy armor is a good choice too.
