What skills remain capped after G14?

  Should be still capped, they still have 2 (and a half since g14 isn't complete yet iirc) generations to uncap skills during the "life skill" chapter

  Well, having it stop failing is one thing. They could renew it (See: Support Shot treatment) with new additional functions as well.

  It would be nice to see what skill a Golem is loading before they spam Stomp to death, or if something is loading Counterattack before I lag

  Higher ranks reveal additional clothing of the person playing the char.
  Master allows you to see them naked.

  You can see what they will drop before they are knocked out? :blood:
  
  
  Though by the seeing the Health of the monsters; do they mean actual numbers since we can already see their bar :what:
