"Ew."
srs question though. :x
Even though none of you are doctors and I know it sounds gross but before I make a big deal out of it and make an appointment I'm curious if anyone knows if it will go away. ;x
I have a UTI and I haven't seen a doctor for antibiotics, I know if I make an appointment it will be a long wait for it anyway, so if I drink a lot of cranberry juice and water will my body flush it out?

Try webMD. It really helps a lot. If it gets serious, you should really see a doctor becomes really serious.
Here, I even posted a link for it:

I wonder if you could go into an urgent care or a walk-in clinic to get it checked out. You should research it, though, like the above poster stated.

Thanks, It's been a few days and I feel clammy and feverish.
meh I wonder if I can find some over the counter meds around here, CVS is a long way away. :x
I have an extremely weak immune system so everything spreads quickly.

You shouldn't be able to find OTC antibiotics at all. However, if you ask the pharmacist there about UTI, you might can get some information about it as well. Sometimes though, they will tell you to just go see your doctor. Remember, to ask directly about UTI. Pharmacists don't want/shouldn't want to diagnose you.

Antibiotics = sometimes not much help. At-least in my case.
If you've got serious discomfort, any source of heat (specifically wash cloths + warm water) helps a lot. Otherwise things such as itching cream help for the actual problem.
Sadly, the only 'cure' is treating it and hoping it goes away, plus antibiotics. Though you'll need to see a Doctor for that, minus the cream and such.
