  The "elf lag fix" mod is still working, but it's only a placebo... all it does is stop you from aiming while running, which like krpr pointed out is a very handy elf racial feature.
  
  Bow speed also has no effect on regular elf range besides stun, so either they are simply shooting at a lower aim % than you, they are closer to the target, or you have more lag than they do... whether it be from computer specs, connection, internet provider or so on.

  I think im ok now just a bit slower then another elf I know.. so yeah probably just lag xD
