Both have it worse. Both can use their gender as an advantage while both gender can be a disadvantage.

neither
they have their ups and downs
also just a thought:
girls push out babies as a natural thing
guys pushing out kidney stones on the other hand..
(just a comparison)

It's hard to say.
Guys get sooo bullied in middle school and high school sometimes. Some girls are b*tchy, but not as terrible as what some guys are capable of. We also get screwed when we get divorced from our wives... she gets so many benefits for her and her kids (which we don't get to keep). It's unfair.
Men are required to sign that selection process thing when registering to vote. It's stupid.
Lesbian sex is generally okay, but sex between two men is frowned upon and quite controversial.
We have it pretty bad too.

Girls. Especially ones with a husband that watches Football or any type of sport devotedly.

Physically, probably girls.
In society (especially in western society), girls have a huge advantage over men.

If we're talkin' about each having the same, decent life; girls. Cyst pain can be a pain in the arse like no other, dead serious. Don't even start me on child birth.
Otherwise, though.. it depends on a bajillion different things. But in terms of general health, women have it worse. Some period pains are equivalent to the pain of child birth, I kid thee not.

Well I kinda disagree
to me guys have it worse for the sole reason that they are expected to be leaders, rough tough.. crying in public = humiliation sentence.
sure chicks undergo the whole stereotypical "get back in the kitchen b*tch"
but the man is always the one who HAS to work and provide for their families.
Yeah as a chick I know periods suck but you stick a tampon up in that b*tch and get over it
cramps? oh well we all have to deal with a little pain and once a month isnt sh*t compared to a kidney stone for guys.
Having a baby is a choice unless you are raped.

On the contrary, it's also hard for women for that same aspect. Women are always supposed to be the calm, feminine, innocent ones.
It's especially hard if we get into the subject of the LGBT community.. though men ALSO have that hard.
In some ways, it kind of evens out. Women have this, whall men have that.
