Dashing Gothic Cape Suit out yet?

I was browsing the wiki for male clothes I would want to wear, and found this suit.

Appears that it doesn't said it's unreleased.

But I need someone to confirm they seeing Dashing Gothic Cape suit in NA Mabinogi game because I've never seen one in Alexina server yet.
