Giants can use Flutes in G13 (Spoiler)

giants have always had the short end of this stick when it comes to that so I'm glad something came out..

To everything that isn't melee actually.. luckily we don't even use Dex for Throw damage.
But yeah, nice to know there's always an item that makes a loophole.
