I need some healthy meal ideas, since I'm planning a meal planner for my mom to use for the rest of the month. I need meals for 5 days a week, since we're going out one day a week and having salads the other day.
They need to include:
1 meat (pork, beef or chicken)
2 cooked veggies
Another side item if 2 veggies doesn't fit (rice, etc.)
I'm too lazy to google and I've pretty much hit a brain fart. It'd really help if you guys would give me a few things that are easy to make and don't take very long, either. They also have to be things that an 8 and 13 year old will eat.

I suggest chicken only. Lean breast. Grilled or fried.
As for vegetables. Go eat broccoli.
