Go do a quest where the Soldier Spiders show up.
Either "The Five Spider Brothers," or "Nightmare at The Ruins."
They drop "Kirstie's Shoe."

You can also buy it in the quest tab at the marketplace, it's a rather common drop so it's pretty darn cheap.
