Human Doubts...?

Elves are good at ranged but a human can do perfectly fine and also has a much better melee power (melee is far more useful than range).
Giants are good at melee but not so far as to overshadow humans, they lack ranged power meaning you'll be very in-versatile and unable to do range mini games like rafting and hot air balloon.

Elves are fast but other races solo faster.
Don't make a decision based on PVP play, seriously.
I'm truthfully not that much of a PvP player. I find in dungeons, well, the ones I've gone through, you need Melee and a more ranged attack to counter well, counter, and other skills like that. So ... Melee + Bolts is required.
I believe that I can do that with a giant, while being extremely awesome at the same time.

Play whatever you're happy with.
Giants are fun o.o
Though the original plan for everything if you really don't want to risk screwing up is: Windmill Rank 1, Refine Rank 1, Animal Taming C. You do need some time investment in order to get up a decent build for your character.
Haha, that sounds ... hard. xD -Focuses on getting AP for all of this!-
I still see alchemy as a support-type skillset. It's not really practical to use as main attacks. It is awesome as combinations with the main branches of combat.
o.o Oh.
Humans/giants are the ones with the real advantage because if you don't lag too much, you can do windmill + golem spam. Meaning that humans/giants are the ones who will usually clear out the room faster with golem.
So, I could do Giant + Bolts + Golem + Barrier Spikes ~
The one thing I do envy about elves is their fruity-color looks and their running speed. It's not a big problem though and I can always use pets to outrun them.
Me too. But the fruity colors is ... impossible.

Probably going to stick with a Melee Giant + Bolts + Golem/Barrier Spikes

I should go sleepy-bye now..

    Sounds interesting.
Thankfully windmill is easy for giants.

Exploration for giants is strictly to cor relic artifact exploration only. Which isn't that big of a problem anyway, since it is the fastest (although troublesome inventory wise) of all the exploration choices.

With Golem Summoning to cover up their crappy melee, Elves have some pretty good potential...
That is, if you're willing to sweat blood over maxing Dex (in order to pass Human range output) + getting r1 Golem.

    Thankfully. xD
I'm truthfully, not much of an explorer, it kinda - er, isn't that ... interesting/worth my time, in my opinion.

I'm still not that much of a Range person, the lack of stability at first really doesn't help ... and, elves lag....
I've had one - Failure xD!

You should be able to get exploration to at least level 10 within one hour.
11 or 12 if you feel like it.
Which I think are the easiest levels. That's 9 more AP for you.

Some people like me aim for at least 15, but I usuually get 17-18 exploration each RB.

im not reading three pages so ill say this

Production mastery is not needed as much for the reason of an alchemist as production mastery does not add % success increase to any alchemy and such only stamina does...so i guess it is needed... >.< not necesarry but helpful with extra stamina
