I apologize for asking so many questions tonight, but it can't be helped!
On the housing boards, I see Spaika for a LOT less than Elen, but there is no "Giant" in parenthesis. Does this mean I am unable to wear it if I buy it?

No.

All Spaikas should be able to be worn by Giants, Humans are the ones who are limited to two, while Giants get three. (Joutsing H/G, H/G and Giant only which has less durability.)

Giants can't wear the spaika armor designated for humans which is what he pointed out by saying that the armor itself does not say giants can wear it. =3
Basically if it's on housing and you're not sure, go to the house and attempt to try it on. If you can't try it on, you can't wear it. (Providing it's not at o durability.)

That's odd.... guess the wiki can be wrong from time to time.

They can wear it; wiki isn't incorrect this time.

you can look at the description for any item (same place you look to see the defense, dura, damage, durability, etc of an item). At the bottom in blue letters, if it says hum only, elf only, human and elf only then a giant cannot wear it. If it says nothing at all, then anyone can wear it therefore a giant can. If it says giant only (with or without saying human and/or elf only) a giant can wear it (yes, some items do say elf only, human only, giant only).

Ultra-Update - It is wearable by giants.
