how much do you predict the price to rise, seeing as you cant choose different rewards in rafting??
will it be the same-ish?? i used to get 3 stacks of mana herbs per raft, with just 16-18 stars.
after g13, the only sure way to get them by rafting is by getting 28-30 stars per leg, which is a lot harder to do.
right now in ruairi it's about 25k per stack. i recalled some of my mp100 that i left in my buyer's inbox just to be safe.
my friend who played in the korean server told me that mp pots are so rare that mp10's cost 10k a stack, but that might be just because mp10's are good for chaincasting or whatnot...

It'll all depend on how much people actually decide to make them. Herb pigs and patches are the primary source of herbs for a lot of people, so it won't effect them.

I will raft for 30 stars... that's 10 herbs guaranteed.
Hopefully will make 2 stacks per run.
Edit: and Kr has a horrible economy, everything is overpriced because of inflation.

Ruairi prices will depend on if Sakuranbou and I continue rafting or not. :)

You could always use an L-Rod in solea.

I think they might go up a bit in Alexina, only because our market has a good supply of herbs ect atm since
a large portion of our players raft for tipping suits and npc them :D for money

I predict they will go up to 30k a stack on alexina but no higher. cept the first week or 2 of g13. They will be expensive as heck then.

All because of fear.
If the whole rafting fix wasn't as well known... Maybe a minor spike, But mass paranoia has people shivering in their expensive boots.
Like the pricing for unknown ores and crash shot.
Or prices for MP pots when crash shot was released (which i barely noticed a difference)

The rewards won't change for rafting, though.. Only reward that was added were an Arbalest crossbow, or something.
You are promised one of rewards as 1 stack of MP herbs per 28-30 stars. Why do everyone keep thinking they get removed in rafting?
o.O

i never said that :3 read my op. and nobody here said that either.
i just said it'll be harder to get them now, since i used to get 30 per raft with the 16 star reward. the 16 star reward comes with guaranteed 10 iron ingots and an optional 5 golden, which all 3 are very useful to me. if i do the 28-30 stars, i feel it will be a waste of mp, plus not very useful reward to me. that means i probably wont go for the 28 stars. in addition, 28 stars is difficult to achieve in the 2nd leg, so i'll be getting only 2 stacks of mana herbs if i aim for 28 stars as opposed to my 3 stacks using less mana.

Rafting in now way affects my mp100 production o3o so if anything the price will go up for some crazy made up belief that mana herbs are only abundant from rafting being pushed into sellers and buyers heads. Sellers, taking advantage of naive buyers basically by pushing fear of lack of mana herbs when really it's not gonna lack to the extreme. o3o At least Alexina doesn't have to worry about mp100 prices because am keepin my sales at 17K/stk with possibility of lowering the amount later~ :glasses:

I used to sell MP pots back in Ruairi at the same price, (10-15k back then) before G4 came out i had 700 mana herbs left. So yea. I was set.

Considering when I do raft, I already tend to go for the mana herbs+tipping suit combo and not the iron ingots+mana herbs combo, this chance doesn't affect me much (other than less tipping suits. D:). If it boosts the price of mana herbs/mp100's, then when I make sales of my excess potion production, I'll have more money. Price of MP potions is already too high to buy them and make money off of most dungeons and things.
