Because it is? It has the most english information. Other than the fact that doesn't load, it's great.
It's too fractured and poorly-run for my tastes.
And the quality of information for upcoming updates has grown less and less adequate with each generation since 10.
You're pretty much better off using JP Wiki or Gameabout than relying on NA Wiki for non-quick-access stat information.

JP wiki = too much google translating.
NA Wiki is always a favorite for it's speed, though the downtime really is getting annoying.
From what I see, the EU wiki is actually pretty useful.

A lot of good people have spend a lot of time working on our wiki. It's a tool that I use to pass down my valuable information to other players. If you have a problem with the wiki, I don't want to hear about it. If the quality of information regarding future content is
too poor for your tastes, it's because
you failed to improve the wiki.

I know a lot of things that need to be fixed with the wiki.
Brionac and Shadow Spirit in general (Listing of Boss tags in XML files)
I just don't know how to properly access the XML files and coherently add it to the NA wiki while maintaining it properly.
There is just too much false info that needs to be fixed that i don't have the proper resourcing to do.

I do miss the wiki. I'm looking at the EU one, so far it's useful but it's just not the NA wiki.
I don't know where all this crap about useless information is coming from...i've used it since I began playing again [G9] and it's never failed me.

The fact that it doesn't load makes it terrible. It doesn't matter what's on the site if nobody can get to it.

They also changed the wiki so that only mabinogiworld forum users can edit the info. I used to help with some of the information here and there, but now I can't access my wiki account and need to make a real forum account? Why are they making me do more work when it's supposed to be a wiki which
anybody can edit?
Of course signing up isn't so hard, but I don't like how they're working on changing layouts and improving the forums and such, when during that time the servers were down for at least about 50% of peak hours due to overload or whatever.

Doesn't really help that the vast majority of Mabinogiworld doesn't really know what they're talking about.

I could've sworn the forum-wiki linking was removed a while ago.
And the server's having some issues right now.
(I'm not sure if this was meant literally, but IJ's friend's dad shut down the server with a bat because the sound was annoying.)
There's a problem with the majority of M-world not knowing what they're talking because of the lack of people in general, so don't complain, especially if the Mabinogi community in general isn't going to do anything to help improve it.

Point of story: Don't complain, just get over it and move on.

My guess is that former guru members would screw up the site so that their wiki would be more popular. Or it's protection against people who hate nexon/mabinogi.

Actually, I contributed to the old Wiki long ago.
The guru one, I was told, never was associated with screwing around with the MWW.

The basic info is right. It's the stuff that requires precision and good testing and common sense that is wrong.
