G10s2 Blaze Information please

Hello. Curious on 1 thing mostly. When Blaze came out on Foreign servers was is capped at r6 or was is always to r1?

I'm not sure but I'm looking at the patches page on the Wiki and it doesn't mention any un-capping of blaze so I would assume that it was at r1 by G10 already.

If you look at rank 1, it only requires you to kill 100 boss monsters, and use 300 times.
Easily done with -CP equipments... Each of the ranks seems really short as well.

The main problem is just AP.
