Equip a Healing Wand like the people before me said, but also cast Healing and use it. You'll get RN that way. And if you did look at the Wiki, you would have seen that it says these two things under "Obtaining the Skill":

Equip a Healing wand.
Cast Heal magic and use it on yourself, even if you do not need healing.

And yes, it does tell you how to obtain it. Equip a healing wand, and cast normal healing magic on yourself.

I did read it on the EU wiki. I made a mistake in stating the question. I meant to ask how to get rF and if it is usable at rN ^^; on the wiki it says read a book, and it didnt state a book soooo.

and i have no clue if its usable at noovice I Think it Would be otherwise how else would you train it to rank F?/Learn the skill? its not a book learning skill so ...perhaps... Most Noovice skills only require 1 use or 5 uses anyways much like fireball's noovice but their usability/effeciency is less then or around 1/2 of the original >.>
