Seems like cerberus ruins it completely.
Thoughts?

Well cerberus does ruin it kinda, but isn't there only 2 mission except mainstream with cerberus? It should still be viable for any other mission I'd think.

Never knew there were low hp builds in Vindi o.o

Yeah I think you posted in the wrong section. xD
You could just avoid missions that have cerberus in them... as long as you can. xD
Or blinkers. :[

Sure low hp builds are viable...but not for castle missions with those in them. Unless your able to spam a pot between hits.

Yea it's really hard to do. My Elf has 1 HP build and I would just get owned it those. I would always have to take off my equips when i saw one and just spam pots.

Well, do G13 dungeons have Cerberus?

Low HP builds are generally paired with High MP/Mana Shield, so it would still be viable as long as you remember to turn on the skill as soon as you see a cerberus.

Though to be careful during Low HP fight, for Mana Shield does not protect from Deadly status

20 HP + 600 MP + r1 Mana Shield = never going into deadly status

But that (if I remember correctly) low HP was for a 2nd chance if you got hit, by the 1st hit sending you into Deadly it would knock you back to go a distance :what:
Also with easy repair from Windmills

You can activate and deactivate Mana Shield for those situations.

Blinkers still drain hp through mana shield though.

Blinkers don't drain you into negative hp. You can easily just use one pot right before the drain ends.
Low HP combined with Mana Shield works wonders. Windmill will take away less than 1 MP because of how little HP you lose on each use, meaning you can spam it without worry. This means that places like Cerberus and Rabbie Adv/Barri Adv are much less threatening.
Although the purple gas Cerberus is still a problem, but then again those are annoying for everybody regardless of their total HP. It's best to avoid that by standing in the corners.

I found that mana shield prevents me from being killed by the knock back of a blinker beam even when I'm at 0 hp from them.
Edit: Exception is if I drank an mp or sp potion while being drained at 0 hp, that sends me into deadly so I die from knockback.
Being hit by any kind of attack while it's still draining will kill me instantly as if I were in deadly status as well.
