After completing my exploration journal and turning it in to Stewart, I went straight to completing the ice spear book BEFORE I talked to Nele. I already got the reward before talking to Nele, too. So I guess I have to complete the ice spear book again... But how do I get another ice spear book? I've talked to Stewart after dropping the completed one, but he didn't give me another one.
