Alright. I'm at r7 right now and from this point on I'm wondering...
Irons or Coppers?
As of right now, 1stk Iron = 1stk Copper in price.
But for some reason... I can't track down any Iron Ingot buyers in Ruairi
So I'm wondering if it'd be smarter to just do Copper and fragment ingots after I do Copper Plate rank? Or should I run the traditional route of Irons -> sell ingots cycle?
(in other words, which will use less money long-run, iron or copper)

I say coppers because they're faster. The faster you finish refine the faster you can start making money again.

Hi Zatrox! You can sell iron ingots easily for 15k/stack. However, if you plan on ranking metal conversion later I would save all your ingots...

Well if you want money saving, go iron ingots since you can eventually sell the ingots to another player, thus bringing money back to yourself. But then again, It's a lot easier to do copper since you do have less to do. At higher ranks myself I sold the iron ingots I did, letting me buy more ores with the money I made. Also, say iron ore is 2k a stack and you sell the ingots for 15k a stack, that gives you another 7.5 stacks per 10 stacks of ore you buy. Either way, you probably wont be getting back to copper/iron ores til r2 due to the amount of training the other ores give per ingot(after r5). That's just my opinion.

Yeah, I can't find any buyers either so you've either got to wait and find one or just use them to train metal conversion and blacksmithing. Although, it really depends on what you value more: inventory space or some cash in the near (or far) future.
In my opinion, anything above copper I would just use to train metal conversion because I've hardly been able to sell anything but iron. Maybe once I sold silver but never copper or gold. In the end, I NPCed a lot of ingots before metal conversion came out, sigh...
Edit: Just realized I never gave my opinion on the actual question XD
I would go for copper and use them in metal conversion. Silver ingots seem to be doing better than iron ingots atm...
