Well, I don't know much about the skill, but there is like a limit of mobs you can use it on. It's basically pointless in higher leveled dungeons...

It basically means the you can successfully blind a monster with X cp or less. For example:

At rank D, you can blind monsters with CP up to 600. You can blind a Gray Wolf (570 CP), but not a Goblin (631 CP)

Golems grow at every rank of Alchemy Mastery. You will definitely want at least r2.
