Yes I know how to draw chibis.

I meant the shoulders of the girl when compared to the guy.

yea i know, I was pointing out the proportions when i said to look at the head. the boys head is much larger than the girl's, so if she made the shoulders any smaller it'd be out of proportion. (comparing the shoulder distance from the head, they're both the same, proportionally.)

i feel weird going into detail since they're just chibis, but just to clear up any misunderstanding.
