Fresh Out of The Oven – Event Abuse

  The Vindictus team would like to thank the forum community for bringing the player abuse issue, regarding the “Fresh Out of the Oven” event, to our attention. Thanks to your efforts, the free daily item for the event has been changed. We have also been able to identify those individuals who grossly abused the event and have taken action to ensure that they can no longer disrupt the game (7, 14 and permanent bans were given for gross abuse of the gachapon reward).
  
  We’d like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that engaging in activities that exploit game systems, or give unfair advantages to an individual, is a violation of our Terms of Use and will NOT be tolerated.
  
  We thank you for your assistance and continued support. If you have any further issues regarding the event, please contact Customer Service. If you've been banned and would like to know the lenght of your ban, once again, please contact Customer Service.
  
  Now get out there and kill some Fomors!

  Great... Well, I'm banned, and all I did was get a gift on all my characters, didn't even make any new ones.
  
  Aaaand now I get to miss the bread event and Blood Lord and my friends are quitting the game. Joy!

  Wow, really? @_@~ Sounds crazy. I think I logged in once to do the bread one. Wonder what they'll do about the people abusing the mystery gift once a day when everyone was creating new characters for the bunny headband.

  Uh no... it was never one per account per day. It was one per character per day.

  I actually did this for maybe half an hour on a side account on the first night (in part to rebel against the terrible customer support issues I had back on Maple), and nothing happened to it, albeit I don't think the abuse could be considered gross. I'm glad they've decided to do something about this, I just hope too many actual innocent people aren't caught up by this. That's not to say I'm calling anyone who claims they were banned unfairly a liar per say, but that a lot of people who did abuse it will play the "But I'm innocent!" card to cover their asses.

  i knew this was going to happen. but if you only did something that small, im sure it is only a 7 day ban. nexon never does anything right the first time.

  Even if I was banned its not like NX is really worth spending on this game as of now. Maybe if you refuse to sell anything, maybe.

  And I'm fairly sure it's been mentioned before that they frown on people with multiple accounts? At the very least, this isn't the first time people with multiple accounts have been punished for utilising multiple accounts.
