Alchemist Fashion Help?

  I've been away for the past couple of days due to finals. :T_T: Apologies for that.
  But I'm back. :D
  Before the finals, I was thinking to get a Mario Ensemble (I'm a male elf).
  But, I saw a Alchemist (on my alt in another server) wearing the Alchemist-In-Training suit, which made me know he was an Alchemist. So, I was wondering, what do you guys think I should wear? The Mario Ensemble or the Alchemist-In-Training suit?
  
  Also, does the Clay Cylinder help with Summon Golem or anything? Because I plan to maybe get a Clay Cylinder for Barrier Spikes, a Water Cylinder, and a Regular Cylinder. I wanted to have only two main cylinders - but ooh, the temptation! (Another question I suppose - what two cylinders would you recommend the most?)

  Wait for the new cylinders that come out in G13. They're far more specialized into the element they're based on, but they also provide less damage output for other skills. Since a Clay Cylinder usually has a one-time use of summoning a Golem, or about 3 if you use barriers, you shouldn't have any problem with the elemental damage decrease when using that new Earthquake Cylinder.
  
  People can usually tell if you're an Alchemist by the Cylinder you wear(unless you're wearing some sort of robe that completely covers it). And even further if you're an RA and you have the special pose for it.

  1. How long until G13 comes out? What are the prices? (I am horridly poor)
  2. I don't understand your suggestion - do you suggest Water and Clay?
  3. Is that a vote for Mario Ensemble? (Oof, so indirect!) That's true - but it'll take a while to get the Royal Alchemist Outfit. I suppose I could stick with Newbie Wear until then - as it is a waste of precious money.

  2.) Just make both, but waiting for the earthquake/tidal wave cylinder would be smarter.
  3.) Does it really matter? Just get an outfit you like.

  Well I would pick tidal wave cylinder with Wave+Moist enchants 5/5 upgraded.
  Volcano Cylinder for fire but i prob wouldnt use fire often lol
  The Earthquake Cylinder Is a good Investment for golems but then again.. golems in g12 are already OP and g13 just makes Melee,Range,Melee look like shi... specially when Ranks 1,1,1 with snow golem can destroy Shadow wiz hardmode solo.....with wm... spam.. ~sigh~... Broken Golem is Broken

  well if i were to... do this... I would have a tidal wave on 1st slot with those upgrades and enchants with Synergy shield and Volcano on 2nd for Heatbuster...i guess.. When you can use heat buster i guess.. switch weapons? or if the monster or person is too close a bolt or... charge works b4 switching as it stands theres more gain from water alchemy enchants then fire still and plus most alchemists use water cannon more then flame (excluding heat buster)
  
  as for OP topic.. I would tell you to choose whatever you like better ... Don't ask us cause frankly 99.9% of the mabi players Only Like what your wearing... if your their friend... or want to buy it for themselves... so pick what you like ... not what we say ^^
  
  Though to say in different context.. if your going for a elf alchemist look either use in training suit or wait for the new alchemist looking clothing thats coming in g13

  1. G13 will most likely come out on the 21st or 22nd (how many times have i said this O_O) lol.. the cylinders are well idk for sure but if i had to guess probably no more then 50k (if their from stores) if their more I'd be surprised
  2. Answered above (Clay if you like golems)
  3. Whatever you want to do but TBH the RA suit is quite formidable lol

  1. Erinn Walker just came out, so it should be just a week or two before G13 comes. The Wiki says it's 24k, but I'm not since Wiki can be wrong at times, but I say it's around the 15-30k range since Cylinders aren't that expensive.
  2. Yes, the new Earthquake Cylinder will definitely be an upgrade to using Golems. Water Cylinder if you have some Fire-related skills to go with it(for a low damage decrease), or Tidal Wave Cylinder if you don't.
  3. Do whatever. You don't have to be limited to one set of equipment for like, the rest of your Mabinogi life. This isn't Maplestory. :O If you want, you can always have both outfits and keep one in a pet or something.

  Is that so? Hmmm, I guess Occamy should stick with a Clay and Water Cylinder for the time being unless someone gives out info on where to get them.

  If they rerelease the Alchemist Gacha, it might be there. Dude, they should. :O Just because I'm back.
  I'll get a Water and a Clay then.
  Other than that, I think I'll wait and see for myself about the outfits. I haven't really thought about it much, because I'm focusing all of my money on the books (not that I have any; going to do G9 until I can't solo anymore).
  I don't know what I'm going to do then - my guild is dead. Just quit.

  wearing a Stamina reduction armor is like screaming out you are an alchemist... Oddly enough, I've only seen my own elf alchemist and two other elf alchemist wear one so far. I have yet ot see an human use it.

  @Chiyuri - Yeah, I was considering that. But, I don't think I can navigate myself through the Wiki to FIND a Stamina Reduction set. Link please? (If it's ugly - time to get a Muffler Robe?)
