I think it's come, not can.

They're trying to be like Riot Games and release a bunch-a behind the scenes stuff and community things.
Now see, this would be a GREAT move if nexon were actually INVOLVED in the community. Before they try to act all cool they should do these things first at least.
1.) Get involved with their games.
They could be increasing the number of GMs who actually show up in the game every now and then. Contrary to nexon's belief, it's part of a GM's duty to stop scams and do something about bot activity. It's even considered a GM's job to douse flame wars.
2.) Stop acting so superior.
I swear, every single update or message they send has at least SOME tint of snobbishness in them. This isn't really apparent except for when they deal with a large number of customer complaints or a huge exploit. They act both like we're cultists who should worship their commas and convicts who need to be enforced.
3.) Tell us what they're doing during maintenances.
If they want to get closer to the community, I see no better single action than this. Especially since it isn't hard to say, "Oh yeah, there was this glitch in dunbarton. People were getting stuck in the signs, but it should be all cool now."
The only serious reason I see why they wouldn't want to do this, is because the reports would go something like this, "There were major problems, but we had no idea what to do with them, so we extended maintenance for a few hours, then turned the servers back on anyway."
