Raccoon Cub is really useful, and goes for a nice amount as well. Soldier gives some nice rare weapons though xD. I'd go with Fashion but that's just me. It's only 10 dollars so don't overthink it too much.

Yar, they fill it up with them, so you have to be super lucky to get a nice equip. I know a friend who has flashy masamune or whatever.
