Not really, considering that Misty wasn't a playable character. Going from left to right, you got the female character from FireRed/Leaf Green (known as Blue in Japan, Green in the US according to the manga), the female character from Heart Gold/Soul Silver (Lyra), the female character from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald (also known as Sapphire (manga) or Haruka/May (anime), depending on the region (JP/US)), and the female character from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum (also known as Platinum in the manga, or Hikari/Dawn in the anime, again depending on if you're in Japan or the US).

The only characters he's missing are Crystal (Crys), from Crystal and being the first playable female character and White, the female character from Black/White. White is understandable, since the image might have came before Black/White was announced, but there's no reason to not have Crystal there.
