Worst Pain I experienced?
Worst Accident I had was having my arm pushed through a glass window and needing to get stitches but funny part is...I didn't feel any pain when it happened O.o
I guess the worst pain I had was when my eyes teared up at the dentist when I had a shot of Novocain through the roof of my mouth.
Other than that, I can't really say I've had any real bad pain. At least none that I can recall.
Guess I just like to play it safe, or have been insanely lucky with my life.

I can't really recall, but my parents said I was screaming in pain when I was 3 or 4, because a car "bumped" into me when I was riding a tricycle, and nearly crushed every bone in my right arm and leg. Reason why I don't remember is because I blacked out from the pain, they said.
After that, my right leg and arm were in casts, and I remembered going in and out of consciousness in a children's hospital. Family relatives came to see me, but I don't remember enough.
I came out of the hospital after weeks, and I had to walk on a crutch for a few weeks. I remembered these black things coming out of my foot, which I later found out were wires used to keep my bones locked in place. After that, the doctors removed my casts, and had to manually cut the wires on my foot. With scissors. That hurt... so... effing much.
To this day, my right leg is a taaad bit shorter than my left, and usually makes more "cracking" sounds. My right arm cannot unfold to an 180 degree line anymore; it can only go to like... 160 degrees before my right elbow refuses to budge anymore. It's fine though; I can still lift weights with my right appendages properly.

A Toilet Top you know that keeps water from spraying at you breaking on your right foot when your 3. My most gory one would be when a tree branch almost hit me in the eye. It was just a few millimeters off.
I might as well throw in when I got punched in the balls.

I've never broken anything.
Braces were pretty painful. Just drinking water hurt. Whatever made me think that biting into a piece of meat on the second day was a good idea...well. It wasn't extreme pain. It was just prolonged.
I've also twisted my ankle from riding a bike downhill. The bike broke and I couldn't pedal properly anyway, so I had to walk back up. I would crawl around the house till I got it fixed.

Snowboarding/ skiing the first time of the season. Skiing...not so much.
Every muscle in your body will ache.
Getting my fingers stuck in the swinging door at one of my dad's restaurants.
Colliding your head with another person's and being knocked down the to floor head-first while playing Steal the Bacon.
-----------------------------
I think the first one ranks number one on my list. Can't really remember the pain from the others.

1. Braces were pretty bad. 5 years of constant pain.
2. When I first injured my back in the Army. I was still in basic training, so I still had to go places and stuff. It just took me about 10 minutes to walk from our building to the mess hall. It was pretty bad. In the mornings I could barely move :<
3. The gas chamber is probably the scariest pain I've ever felt. Unless you're one of the 2% that isn't affected adversely by it, you WILL panic and breath wrong, making it so much worse. It feels like you're going to die in there.

In terms of physical pain, I had teeth that was going to grow... But I already have all my adult teeth. Had to inject many, many shots of morphine (or whatever makes you not feel pain), which did not work at all. Drill holes in 3 of my teeth, yank them out and put stitches in my mouth. I did this twice, since doing all 5 teeth at once is overkill. My teeth are my pride :].

MENSTRUAL CRAMPS.
Okay I'm kidding, but they're still pretty brutal every month. x_x;
Probably have to be when I was 8 and went tobogganing with friends on an icy hill, which was a really bad idea because we ended up toppling over and I scraped the entire left side of my face on the ice. D:

Losing a fifth of my body weight (25 pounds) in a little over two weeks by starving and reducing water intake. Wheeeeeee, at this point you're so dehydrated that you can't sleep at night and the coldest of showers hardly soothe your feverish body. Sports are great eh? If I ever have kids, they're sure as hell not doing any useless athletics.
