  this. Only npcs that never met death like players are Fleta and tin. Not sure if the girl in qilla, vales and filia passed through the soul stream too

  The other Rebirth NPCs are also exempt, at least Ffion is, since she makes a comment about Tin when you talk to her if you created your character in Uladh and then went to Iria, but it would make sense if Mariel and Vena also are exempt and are capable of Rebirthing. You also forgot Lugh/Morgant (Another spoiler for those that haven't done it, he's the Dark Lord) from the list, since a good number of books in the game imply that Lugh was one of the first Milletians to come to Erinn from the Soul Stream.
