Completely destroyed this girl by snatching an image of her breasts and sent it to all her friends and boss etc.

That girl is an idiot, lol. If you post anything on the internet, it will be for the internet to see, private or not.

I'm 200% sure you don't need some ****ty app to attach a picture of yourself on an email and send it through the iphone. More secure this way too.
Retard for buying app.
Retard for sending nekkid picture of self.
Retard for trusting the internet.
And look at this news report, giving her even MORE publicity.
I'm going to go look at her teets now. And maybe even send her a note in facebook.

Well, I can't say I blame her 100%
The app didn't make it clear that it's hosting pics on an unsecured web server~
That's some pretty crappy encryption; I bet sales of that app will plummet.

because 4chan is a cold heartless place, scares me to go there sometimes. specially if i go into /b/
favorite line "doesn't take a computer genius, just someone with time on their hands," describes 4chan perfectly

Meh, she kinda deserved it.
If you're going to post your photos on the internet, you're bound to have interested people staring at it.
Oh, and people who goes naked in front of webcams, you're next. Just a friendly warning.
People should be more aware and watch out for their own privacy. Releasing your name on the internet is like... Ugh...

I've got nothing to lose by letting everyone know my name.
But I didn't post any nekkid images of myself, nor does the internet hold any actual important information about me.
Keeping it at the line in which I'm safe while I can let myself be known.

Normally yes. In this case it wasn't common knowledge that the images were stored on publicly accessible servers. As far as she knew, it was a private image storage to send to her husband. Then people found her image by typing in random file names.
It's still silly to do such things online, but when the person is under the impression it's safe, I blame the service provider, not the person.
