Kiosk System - A New Way to Market Your Wares

  With G13 comes a new shop method called the Kiosk system. It's a method that lets those with Premium Service, but without a House, to sell their items across all channels and on the newly-changed Housing Board.

  To get started, you need Premium Service, a Personal License, and a merchant's Item Bag. You also need to buy a Kiosk (2x8) from a General Shop. After that, this is the most important part of set up: you can only set up the Kiosk on the north and south walls of Dunbarton.

  After that, you're done! What does it do? Well, like a Personal Shop, a Kiosk can be opened to view the seller's wares and be bought from. What's so special about it though? Kiosks, once setup, will appear in every channel in that same spot regardless of what channel the seller is on. On top of that, the Kiosk's wares will also show up on the new Housing Board.

  Weak. It's premium service anyway; there's literally no point to getting this versus a house. It doesn't seem like they stay up when you log out either.

  These look handy if you can get a spot. Somewhere in-between a house and a personal shop. It makes sense that they don't stay up when you log out. Can you imagine someone hogging a spot for the duration of their premium service?

  i was thinking about this when an idea came to me..
  
  I can now troll people with bears much more easily.
  
  sure its less satisfying. but hell! if someone stole my spot at least i can be that much more of an arsehole and kill their mule with a bear mwahaha

  Things will be slow at first, until people actually know about these. Might be safe to stick with a personal shop until then.

  i have a house and kiosk now when i cc it closes and i have to open it up again. i dont have a brownie yet but i can wander around and it remains open

  Yeah, you can't CC with it open. Which is odd, since it shows up on all channels.

  if your on a different ch than the shop does it show what ch the shop is in?
