you might also need to delete race.xml and skills.xml

It worked fine for me, just remove your mods if you have any.

you can still have mods, you just need to pay attention and be careful as to which ones you use and how you install them

Not sure if you guys logged in from the launcher or the site, but I logged in through the site (I was logging in through the launcher before and I had this problem), and it worked fine.
