No cast time reduction.

Doesn't the wiki say mana cost reduction? It used to be cast time reduction as well but that was removed.

Yeah, I know. I thought I had read it in the wiki, I guess it was wrong and removed.

An early version of the skills while they were still in KR Test had casting reduction. My guess is that the testers quickly demonstrated just how broken being able to cast lightning bolt in less than 0.5 seconds is.

Other magic masteries that are more specific to their elements DO give reduction though, right?
