I'm not 100% but they Might be from rafting. If they are, the rafting/hot air balloon/new mission drops (from old missions) are not out until G13S2 which is not out yet.
I've confirmed that anything from rafting/hot-air ballooning is not out yet myself by testing many trips. Additionally GM's have stated G13S2 is not out yet (As is proven by the fact bow mastery as well as other G13S2 content is not out yet)
However, if I'm wrong and that's not where it's from... then silly me :) I do know it's not from the new stage missions, most of (if not all) of those rewards are already known.
