That did nothing for my friend and I, we had to download the light version of the client, excluding the mp3 files.
But you can re-add those to your client with a seperate download.

The journal glitch is the thing where you complete a hard or adv dungeon/mission (doesn't seem to affect the easier stuff) and get a journal entry for it. Til you log out. Then it is gone, and is earned again the next time you complete that same mission/dungeon.
Of note, yes peaca intermediate is affected by this glitch as reported by several guildies. I can personally attest to having earned the achievement for scc/hard every day for months.

One of them are bound to work.
