Oh crap, this is wrong build. That was just keeping track of current skills. And it isn't even up to date.

THIS is the real build. ><
Iron Physique isn't that great... Intense Takedown is a Dungeon skill that increases splash radius and damage...
Cancel Seismic is probably unnecessary...
You probably want to level up Irresistible Grab more...
Sand Splash is really worthless for grapplers so remove it.

Definitely Going one character for PvP and another for Dungeoning. Both Rangers (One Female, One Male, or Both Female). TEACH ME WISE ONE D:
PVP build:
AradSociety - Skill Planner
Optional:
Land Runner for zoning.
Increased level in G14 Buster for larger explosion area.
Windmill level for damage.
Steyr AMR for easy combo (not recommended since its 60SP)
Level Up any of the following: Revenger, Multi Head Shot, Wild Shot. For sure.
Death Hawk is a zoning attack. Whether you get it or not is a choice.
DO NOT GET ACTIVE AWAKENING. Its no good for a pvp build. Though you should probably awaken for that free level in sudden death.

Ah? what guild should I join?
I'm gonna be on my monk more since he apparently gets a SP reset.
ZERGLINGS.
MY GUILD.

Ok, then I'll just stick to my Fire/Light PVE build I guess. These are my CURRENTLY raised skills(Lvl38.) as of right now. I'll post a future build for the Level 50 cap later.

Since I have the Lethe's Bell, I can use it to undo some skills that seem too highly leveled up. Any suggestions?
'Nother question: Should I raise Mega Drill or not? I recall you saying that every Witch should get it, but it seems too weak since I didn't raise that Jack Frost passive skill where it increases it's success rates.

Festival is a bad idea on witch. I mean, its not bad, but unless you plan on getting level 10, forget it.
Max Mana Shield. Your MP Conversion is very important here, especially since Witches have a high chance of getting hit during their attacks.
"Two Element Build" means you shouldn't have any sp spent at all on the Friendlies of the element you didn't count.
So for a Fire and Light build, remove Befriend Pluto and Befriend Frosty. Forget all about Snow Dust, Acid Rain, and Mega Drill. Get Manteau for sure, but keep it at level 1 and don't get Flyswatter. Manteau will be purely for avoiding attacks and grabbing enemies.
For PVE, Death Dust tends to be better anyways, so get 1 point in that. If you want, you can keep 1 point in snow dust for cool down alternations.
Not a huge fan of Ancient Library but I see where you're coming from. So we'll keep that.
Your build should look something like this.

If you're confused at why, just look at the "Sleeper Success Rate" on each attack, the difference in damage by the levels, and the difference in success rate by the friendlies, and where all your SP went.
Without max level friendlies, your sleeper success rate will be very poor. Witches have a natural damage disadvantage even WITH a success compared to other classes, meaning you need to score a sleeper success to actually do more DPS. And since Witch's attacks are fixed damage, your character's stat growth will actually not make a significant impact on your skill damage.
The only true way to increase your skill damage is to increase your skill level.
