  My claymore has 29% balance and it's unupgraded, my broadsword 11%.
  
  I still have 70% with my claymore and 6x% with my broadsword.

  What is your dex? By the information you've given me I can work out that you have:
  
  r1 Sword Mastery + r1 Combat Mastery: 30% Balance
  Claymore: 29%
  
  Total: 59%
  Final Balance: 70%
  
  70 - 59 = 11 * 4 (4 dex = 1% balance) = 44 dex.
  
  That's making the assumption you have r1 combat and sword mastery.
