Yeah, but it seems kind of like...common sense not to use accounts that you rarely play in to get prizes lol, since they might interpret it that way. I'm not sure if they specifically stated in the Vindictus event that you aren't supposed to create a character then delete to spam prizes, but people did that anyway and got banned for it (that one was kinda common sense too).
Anyway, just don't do it to be safe.

actually they can and they have... with vindictus N/A runs it.. im sure their branches of the company. but im sure they all report to 1 head... for all the game management..
So if they Banned people for abuse of this... in vindictus... why not mabi.. (remember game abuse of a housing glitch a long time ago?) ~cough~

Is it just me or is Nexon using/ referencing memes a lot more now?
I don't think the Mabi team will do anything. The Maple and Mabi teams(not sure about other games) have done nothing in the past...only the Vindi team.

I dunno. I'd be wary after what happened on Vindictus. For the Halloween event...even if it wasn't too hard, you still had to do a quest for every character to get the item and you didn't exactly have a chance of getting anything rare from it (since ghost robes and witch robes weren't rare at all).
