If you like Tiramisu:
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, room temperature
4 tablespoons rum
2 (3 ounce) packages ladyfinger cookies
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well blended. Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently for 1 minute, remove from heat and keep stirring until cooled slightly. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
2. In a medium bowl, beat cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Whisk mascarpone into yolk mixture until smooth.
3. In a small bowl, combine coffee and rum. Drizzle ladyfingers with coffee/rum mixture.
4. Arrange half of soaked ladyfingers in bottom of a 7x11 inch dish. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers, then half of whipped cream over that. Repeat layers and sprinkle with cocoa. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, until set.

I haven't made this, but I ate it a few days ago. Apparently, green bean casserole is really easy to make and yet it is so delicious.
http://www.campbellskitchen.com/recipedetail.aspx?recipeId=24099
Pretty much just mushroom soup and green beans and some other stuff but that's basically it.

You should try making some Pork Shnitzel Basically you get a Pork Loin Cut it into thin slices , Tenderize them with a mallet.
Do a Flour->egg->breadcrumb mixture (add some* herbs if you like or onion/little garlic powder) I usually leave it as the flavour of the meat is what I like
Pan fry them on medium in some oil in a Frying pan until their golden Brown- will usually make them brown more then golden (hence why you need THIN SLICES). set them aside in the fridge or w/e or you can do step 2. b4 step 1
Make your own Chunkyesque Tomato Sauce. What i think works best is a mixture of diced tomatoes (canned or yourself- doesnt matter) and Grape tomato's as they are much sweeter. In a big pot stew them with herbs, Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme (Fresh herbs are HIGHLY PREFERED for this as it makes it taste 100x better then dried), make sure you also add sugar to make the sauce sweet, but not too sweet. Cook it down till its thick and too your liking. Take out your cutlets or (finish frying them if you make the sauce first, reheat the pork in a saute pan till at least warm.. if not already) next take a platter or something that can go into the oven easily (set Oven for Broil, put oven wrack up near the top or close to at least 1/2 way). take the meat place it cover it with a good heaping of the sauce you made then take some Swiss/Granno Padano Cheese slices and place them on top of the sauce and Place it in the oven. Take it out when either hot/ Stop from burning the cheese/ or cheese bubbles a bit and melted.
Take it out and Enjoy
Srry this isn't Recipe format... and all instructions its off the top of my head. I still remember when we made this in Class mmmm MMMM just SOOO cook,
Place them on a bun or w/e or each it like it is with a fork and knife. the tenderizing makes the meat soo mouth watering, the herbs just mmmm... and the sweetness of the sauce. One of my favourite meat dishes other then Stuffed Pork Loin (with thyme/sage cranberries, sugar, dried apricot Stuffing) wrapped in bacon and oven roasted MMMM
Hope you try this. :awesome:

when bread if you mean for the stuffing... Normal Store bought slices cut into cubes works fine... French is pretty durable... so ide say a no on the french , italian would prob be a good one as the breads allot less thick crusted and (i like my stuffing moist and palletable, not with crunchy chunks in it, it melts in your mouth :P)
