What happened to the proficiency? I got a R-type upgrade and it disappeared.

You dont need prof after weapon have the last upgrade. why would it show?

I thought you needed 100% prof each time for the next R-upgrade?

The Artisan upgrade costs 100% each attempt. Special upgrades do not require any amount of proficiency.
