Well, for Beginner/Basic [hurrdurr being level 20 is fun], I get ~250 gold a kill [when I get gold], and a lot of different types of crystals. Mostly the four elementals, but some Life Drain crystals and the occasional Stone Golem. The experience is probably close to 2k-3k.

TL;DR: 1k-2k gold, 2k-3k experience, valuable alchemy crystals I have no use for.

It takes about a minute. Eh, it's not bad.
