Volcano Cylinder; Should i wait?

My Volcano Cylinder is 4/5, (Crit Upgrades for heatbuster crits)
I noticed that Cylinders dont have Artisan right now. Should i wait for when it comes out? Or should i finish it up and aim for Gem upgrade? Then whatever special upgrades it will need?

i would wait o_o it would be better but it depends. can you see yourself still having the cylinder later on? and can you be patient enough to wait for an artisan upgrade
or would you rather upgrade now and when you want an artisan you'll buy a new volcano again or something.

No harm in fully upgrading one now I think. When there's artisan for cylinder you can always make a new one if you want.
