A stated above, it has to be +4 mana reduction, not +3.
The price will depend on a few things, but I'll pretty much buy it for 250~300k.
Note in in-game (Ihana) if interested.

to be honest I think a +4 mana reduction BBF is worth more than 2 bbfs, and you have offered less than the value of 2 bbfs.
