  Aaaah, I wish i had a pic of my old door. Nothing like yours, but i managed to open quite some holes in there.
  Only downside is that sometimes there's sharp edges. Can't feel them in during the rage, but after the steam is down... ouch.
  
  Heavy bags are safer, but i prefer walls for some reason.

  Nothing wrong with playing any copy of GTA and just go on a homicidal rampage while spewing vulgarities and everything to get it off your chest. If you have a cheat that prevent the cops from chasing you, the better, since you can get more rampaging done without the annoyance of the cops.

  A good fast-paced FPS lets me take out my aggression easily and quickly. Takes my mind off my feelings and lets me focus somewhere else, and eventually the anger vanishes.
