The lucky title = 20
All above = 190luck from all of that
yea.. i think geting huge gathers will be alil more common with this set

No, only with gathering skills. Shearing, wood chopping, metallurgy/mining, herb gathering etc
As for the diamonds, you should get a huge lucky only on the ores, not on the jewels
