  If someone does not want to talk to you, don't push it. Don't keep on trying. It irritates people. That's not how you persuade others.

  missionaries that go to the islamic world don't go door to door trying to spread their beliefs. They try to help the community first and give help in things like health, education, and if individuals need it, life counseling about living in a harsh world. Then the locals wonder why the missionaries help and missionaries would say something like cuz they are christians. and the locals may or may not be interested in their lifestyle and ask more about christianity. But... if missionaries aren't doing something similar to what i just wrote, then THEYRDOINGITWRONG.

  What do you mean a Christian can't even talk about their beliefs with others? Christians have numerous occasions to talk about their beliefs even outside of church. Homosexuals have to force tolerance down people's throats until they are accepted. Situations like this have occurred in the past. One example would be the Civil Rights Movement, except replace homosexuals with black people.

  When a christian decides to take a stand on the bible and decides to live right, he/she will be made fun of. A christian who refuses to use curse words and disapproves of dirty jokes and refuses to watch dirty Hollywood movies will be looked down upon. People think I'm weird because I refuse to drink alcohol "even for a social occasion".

  You're right. And those are the people activists ignore. They are closed-minded and unwillingly to change their beliefs.
  
  Martin Luther King Jr. never intended to persuade everyone. He was never gonna convince the KKK, but he paraded down those streets of Washington D.C. and all over the country because he wanted to convince the majority, which consisted mostly of open-minded people, people who were willing to listen.
  
  If I were going door-to-door telling people about gay rights and I came up to your door, you'd probably tell me to go and I would go. Simple as that. I would introduce myself and tell you what I'm doing, but if you told that you didn't agree with me and that gays deserved no rights, I wouldn't bother trying to convince you. I would just go to the next door.
  
  And that's what these people don't do. They stay there on your porch, talking to you after you've slammed the door in their faces, peeking in through your windows, trying to see you, so they can talk to you. And you know, it's annoying.
  
  They should just go.

  I normally don't agree with you, but I see your point here. I personally, don't go door-to-door preaching (though I would like to at some point in my life), and I think the evangelist ought to be respectful, otherwise, it becomes counter-productive.

  Christians have church which they could go to every sunday where Christians can talk about their beliefs with each other.
  Why can't homosexuals have 1 day for themselves?
  
  I feel really bad for these people.
  I understand that their trying to do what is right.
  Christians don't go around people spreading the word of God just to annoy people them, they try to save them from eternal damnation.
  
  But religion is a tricky subject.
  
  I just feel really bad for them.

  They have the right to be treated as normal people. Hate crimes are committed towards gay people based on the fact that they're gay.

  Because Religious people DON'T try to push their beliefs on people? Gay people want others to believe that they have a right to live. The antagonistic attitude of (usually) religious people towards them is what makes them push back in the first place. What, did black people earn their rights by being passive and not pushing? Someone has to do fight for rights, or it's just not going to happen.

  I'm pretty sure that what they do won't affect you at all. Pretty sure no gay person will go out with someone who's against the idea of accepting them in the first place. I also think that not accepting gay people is like not accepting a black person. Why? Because, whether people like it or not, a LOT of gay people are already born gay. They can't change it. So what, they're condemned from birth? Telling someone to stop being gay is like telling someone to stop being black.
  
  Say that you get teased but I bet you don't get teased anywhere near as much as a gay person. So many people think it's okay to call gay people "a bunch of queers" because they're not what people want them to be.
  
  I'm usually okay with religious people, unless they try to shove things down my throat, or are so openly intolerant that it depresses me.

  Compared to homosexuals and what bs they get its not much
  Many communities sadly will not accept you if your homosexual
  I wouldnt be surprised if parents would disown their children
  You cant even publicly say your homosexual without some reaction
  If someone said their christian everybody just shrugs
  If someone says their homosexual you may and many times will get either disgust or like NO HOMO etc

  as for the whole religion thing, any concept that's viewed narrowly and with little gray in between will get the boot in the face from me, no matter what you're trying to convince me of! Moderation is honestly the best thing in the world.
  
  but as i said before, korean christians being sent to islam is lambs being sent to tame wolves. theres just 0 logic, and a plain disrespect for the people's well being, no matter how good the intentions.
