I dunno. Doing a five second google search to find a megaupload/mediafire/rapidshare/torrent link to the mp3/album is easy, and better sound quality that is more likely to cause orgasm when listening with headphones.

Vevo videos usually have good sound quality. It downloads best sound quality available

yea, FLAC is considered the highest quality, and some audiophiles swear by buying vinyl for their favourite music (excessive imo).
320kbps is perfect for the best quality without going overboard. theres so much of FLAC that that you can't even perceive because its out of audible range, thats why the files are so huge >:D
