Will Mtu really help me stop skill lagging? I've been pvping a lot lately and every time i go for a smash it doesn't load fast and the person is able to to attack me, this even happens with monsters. What are all the ways i can stop lag

Only thing I can think of is modding. If you want a link you have to PM me though, no links on forum threads.
And no the mod I will give you is not to cheat or make skills load instantly. It just removes things that take away framerate. o -o

Try lowering your MTU if you really want to reduce lag no matter what, you can always just change it back if you don't like it, or notice little improvement, it only takes 2 minutes.
There's nothing else you can do to see any noticeable improvement, I've tweaked several things, and none have any noticeable improvement other than lowering MTU and disabling Nagle.
Also, this is network related (network lag, which is what you are having), mods, or reducing graphic settings won't have any impact on connection latency, just your frame-rate.
If lag is because of distance (Australians for example) there's not much you can do other than the aforementioned tweaks, but if you are not that far from Nexon's Hosts, then the tweaks should really solve any lag problem, from personal experience, lowering MTU had a HUGE impact on latency, improving gameplay a lot, far more than any other tweak.

MTU and Nagle is a must. I don't know about you guys, but I dropped ~100-200ms. Naturally, my connection is still crap because I live 3500 miles away, but I seriously drool at some people here with 30ms...
As far as graphical problems...I have some mods that'll help. But your problem isn't graphics most likely, it would be your connection. Unless you're like me, when you **** yourself when you get double-digit FPS in Vales.
