High durability warhammers?

Got this warhammer a while back. But I have only ever seen 1 other like it. I know there was an issue with some sort of mod a while back that gave an item that increased durability on an item. Seeing as it was bought it 14/25 dura with no prof and "default" current durability, I was wondering if perhaps it came from that mod?

Perhaps. Seems to have the same stats so theres a chance it's not a monster drop.

Is it repairable to 25?

It came from those underground chests in Solea/Connous Underground.

Weapons that come from those chests have more durability.

20 dur gladius, 15 dur wand, etc.
